I have been using this product for almost a month now and so far I have lost 6 lbs which I am very happy about and have about 8 more lbs to go reach my goal.  What i like about this product is that is a veggie capsule and I take 2 per the recommended dose with a 8 oz glass of water about a half hour before i eat dinner since this is the biggest meal of my day. I have not had any side affects or allergic reactions and I do like that I have more energy through out the day and I also don't get a hungry feeling after dinner either even tho i do a exercise workout in the evening after dinner.
